PressMaster Announces the New 12-Ton C-Frame Press

PressMaster is pleased to announce the newest member of its lineup of hydraulic presses, the 12-ton, C-frame press. In response to customer demand, we are now making this lighter version of our 25-ton C-frame, but without the oil cooler.

PressMaster has been leading the way since the 1960s with innovative hydraulic presses that meet the needs of machine shops of all sizes. The new 12-ton C-frame is the latest in our long line of superior quality hydraulic presses. Many shops have requested this lighter, smaller press, perfect for a wide range of jobs.

Like our other C-frame presses, it comes with a large array of features that are standard. These include:

• Adjustable stroke control
• Four chromed rods that are precision-ground, to guide ram travel
• Pressure regulator and pressure gauge, which lets the operator quickly limit ram pressure
• Adjustable speed control
• Speed reversal switch
• Jog mode for easy setups
• P.L.C. control system that is programmable
• High-end, dependable Baldor motor

Like others in the line, the 12-ton C-frame prress comes with dual controls. You have two options:

• Foot pedal
• OR moveable pedestal with dual electric palm buttons and extra emergency stop. It makes it simple to adjust the height for comfort and ease of operation.

This C-frame press comes with the standard U-Slot table, which is simple to remove and replace with another table more suited to the specific needs of a particular job.
